Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice due to an infringement claim, you can submit a counter notification to have the material restored. The counter notice must include your signature and details specified in USC Section 512(g)(3).

- Description of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement confirming your belief that the removal was a mistake.
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy
